We deliver trusted family care focused on continuitypreventionpersonalization

Private family medicine focused on continuity of care, prevention, and efficient access.

Longitudinal Care

We offer family medicine care. The family physician provides comprehensive, long-term management, coordinating care, monitoring your health progress, and intervening preventively. They accompany you at every stage, adapt treatments as needed, and facilitate access to resources and specialists when necessary.

Semi‑Urgent Visits

For acute issues requiring rapid evaluation (examples: urinary or respiratory infections, sore throats, ear infections, sinusitis, abdominal pain, acute low back pain, sprains or minor injuries, mild allergic reactions, skin rashes).

Preventive Evaluation / Health Assessment body

The health assessment is a comprehensive consultation designed to evaluate your overall health, prevent the onset of disease, and optimize your long-term well-being. During this visit, we take the time to review your personal and family medical history, lifestyle habits (diet, physical activity, sleep, alcohol or tobacco use), and current concerns.

A complete physical examination is then performed to assess the different systems of your body. Depending on your age, risk factors, and current medical guidelines, we also recommend appropriate screening tests (blood work, cardiovascular screening, cancer screening, etc.).
Following this evaluation, we discuss the results with you, identify modifiable risk factors, and develop a personalized plan that includes prevention recommendations, lifestyle advice, and, if needed, medical follow-up or treatment.

This appointment is an essential step in maintaining good health and intervening proactively before more significant problems arise.
